Hillary's and Charlie's Wedding
The wedding "went off without a hitch." For those of you who were not able to attend: The wedding was at the incredibly beautiful Armstrong-Browning Library on the Baylor University's Campus. Though the decision was, of course, ultimately hers, we had hoped for this location for Hillary's wedding essentially since she was born, and certainly since her decision to follow family tradition and attend Baylor. We were very fortunate to get the coveted June wedding slot at Armstrong Browning - the place for that "fairy tale wedding", if ever there was one within 1000 miles of here. The reception was at the nearby "Palladium" - a restored early-20th century building in downtown Waco. The honeymoon was in New York City, after which H & C returned to their new home in the suburban Washington D.C. area where Hillary designs grocery stores for Whole Foods and Charlie works with the Defense Department. Fortunately for Priscilla and me, one of my primary offices is in D.C., so regular visits are much easier than might have been the case.
