Each year, in connection with the Baylor University "i5" program (part of its second-in-the-nation ranked Entrepreneurship Program), Hankamer School of Business students spend the summer in China working with companies from multiple nations (including the U.S.) to deal with all issues relating to commercialization and distribution of products and services. We first added Intellectual Property Law Students to the groups in 2011. I now travel with the groups each year to identify, consult and instruct students and sponsors on the various patent, trademark, copyright and trade secret issues that arise in these projects.
To a person, from CEO to transit driver, I have found the Chinese people to be warm and welcoming.
